You've almost reached enlightenment - all you need do now is recognize that what you just wrote applies equally to every country on earth, as well as America.
Maybe, depends. 8-)
That's just what thinking America is Exceptional does to you.
I'll spoon-feed this for you. I am not willing to say it applies to every nation/country on Earth or not.
Yes, I got that. You're saying you think America is special and should get special terms and special consideration and special treatment and special access because it's special unlike other countries which aren't special in the way America is. I probably used the word "exceptional" earlier, as in "America is an exception when it comes to rules". The thing is, the old rule of do as you would be done by seems to be broken where America is concerned and I don't quite see why.
Gee, you just make so much up.

CAN YOU SAY THE SAME FOR YOUR COUNTRY SPOT?

US Foreign Aid by Country
I'm not ignoring this, I'll post a response but I do have a problem. There's stacks of sites showing US aid by country and I simply can't find the one you used. I need to know the year, and what they included and excluded. If you can provide the source I'll be far better placed to know what the numbers mean.

I found this one post with the same numbers but I still can't see who collated them. The chap in the video should be the next President, America deserves no less.

Is that video something you recognize or support?

Interesting read.
Though each of the lists in there tells different stories, and there are some inconsistencies to be found.
And it seems that those are numbers from the Trump years. So, how do you get off blaming Biden for them?

Just sayin'

I'm rather more focused on the proportion of this "aid" which relates to the War Department or whatever this year's euphemism is. Department of Defense, State Department, that sort of thing.

Then there's the arms sales subsidies to assorted Middle Eastern countries, all lumped in as "aid". I'm hoping, once I can break it down, to get a coherent comparison with real aid totals from other countries.

Certainly, the Harris/Biden administration refuses an open and transparent look at their failed border policies.

ACLJ Files Lawsuit Against Biden Administration Over Refusal To Comply With Our FOIA Over Border Crisis

It seems like the Biden Administration had barely moved into the White House when migrants began surging our southern border in droves.

It shouldn’t be surprising, of course, as President Biden halted construction on President Trump’s wall and promised to reverse the Trump Administration’s immigration policies – the ones that were working – essentially flinging open the doors and saying, “Come on in.” And they have been, in unprecedented numbers.

Undocumented. Unvetted. Unlawful. Unknown entities freely moving in and disappearing.

That's American politics these days. The question i never "is this a good policy", it's "how much will this annoy the opposition".

An open border is not a good policy that annoys the average citizen.

An open border is not a good policy that annoys the average citizen.
But you do not have an open border. You're inventing one, it is not real, it does not exist, you live in a fantasy of your own creation. You use words which do not reflect the actuality, it is the fable of someone who prefers to be a crosspatch.

If I have a spare hour I'll try writing that response to the nature of US Aid, too. Another euphemism for world domination cynically pretending to be well-intentioned help.

Your assertions about our borders are worthless and so perhaps you could better spend your hour sitting in front of the telly.

You have trouble with vocabulary, that's all. You might or might not have a porous border, you don't have an open border.

And I have no "telly".
