The SPCA of Texas and The Humane Society of the United States are teaming up to offer pet owners in select zip codes the opportunity to get your pet(s) spayed/neutered for FREE thanks to the support of the Metroplex Animal Coalition.



This program is only available for those who live in the zip codes listed below. You must bring a photo ID or a copy of a utility bill to verify your residency in a qualified zip code. There is no limit on the number of dogs you may bring in to receive the free offer but we are limiting the number of cats to four per household. Simply call The HSUS or SPCA of Texas’ Spay/Neuter Clinic and setup your appointment today. We have a similar scheme in the area i live in Val, the Peoples Dispensary For Sick Animals (PDSA) gives a voucher and the recipiant only has to pay a small percentage.

They do it to stop the large number of unwanted litters being abandoned and destroyed.
