Apparently a big problem is melted chocolate all over the carriageway...

Perhaps it should have read "Goes Up In Flakes".

On checking, it seem that the cab went up in flames and the heat then melted the chocolate in the trailer which flowed out...
So just pure, unburned melted chocolate, by the gallon.
