No it could be possible...I actually know people who fell into this trap. You provide your own transportation. When you get there you are told that they "overbooked" and cannot accomodate you in the lovely place they showed you in brochure. You wind up in some flea infested hole that they call their "sister" property (to make it all legal) and then for the remainder of your trip you are literally followed around/haggled by a "paparazzi" of desperate low lifes trying to sell you a timeshare at their "nicer" sister property!!! You must attend hours of "free breakfasts" and cocktail hours where they are literally in your face trying to get you to sign the dotted line!

Camping is great, done it all my life. I have great stories about it good and bad but all fun no matter the circumstances.

I love camping it is so much fun, but on my last camping trip i did not enjoy it as we decided to go camping in the woods near our home (bad move) as we woke to find a shotgun pointing at our heads and a farmer telling us to get off his land whoops naughty angelchocobo

Nothing more relaxing than camping in my opinion. Sigh!

The only way to camp is in an air-conditioned RV with the bathroom,bed, and TV inside. My husband and I have a small 1984 Winnebago, and we have enjoyed the heck out of it. We go to the beach and bicycle ride and cook burgers on the grill outside, but we enjoy our little indoor retreat.

only way to camp tiny tent, cooking all done over the open fire. Set round the fire in the wilderness yourself and your lover wahooo and by day hiking, fishing and sunning.

Ok we tried that once and it peed rain so bad everything leaked and we packed up at 2:00am and drove 5 hours .... home.

Over the years, it has never failed. The few times I did camp out in a tent, it rained. The bed got gooshy. Yuck!

Thanks for the comments. We don't use it as much as we would like to through the year...but it's there when we ahve the time and the notion.
