This was less then 30 miles from my front door. It's so bizarre that California is in such severe drought conditions and my garden is under water and on the verge of ruin.

Reminds me of the flooding we had in the west country a couple of years ago. Large tracts were underwater, often by several feet for months, especially the Somerset Levels. Glastonbury Tor was an Island again!
