I think the video is very selective both in its subjects and in the time frames used.
Until every country is bound by the ICC (especially the US) it is largely a toothless wonder, until the UN can act in its own name against any country initiating war without mandate then those mandates are mostly meaningless.
I would love to believe that war is dying out but this video does not convince me.

Well, war as we have seen it in the past may be over. We may not see the likes of the "War to End All Wars" or the big one after that, for a while. But I don't think we want to go to Kurdistan, or Syria, or Ukraine (Just to name a few) and tell them, "War is over." just yet.
