I just caught a mention on TV this morning of up to 50 thousand marching against austeruty cuts in London yesterday.

A Google search didn't bring very many results.

Why? Doesn't 50 thousand marchers warrant a mention on our news broadcasts ?

Could it be that the marchers have never made a donation to GoogleDotUK? Or perhaps it's because you misspelled "austerity":

So what you're saying Is that because It wasn't headline news on every tabloid of your preference, then It wasn't news? The fact that the BBC did a little report on It, Is not good enough for you?

Yes, no comment because I don't want to go down the route of what Is covered up by the media such as attacks by asian gangs for fear of sparking racial tensions. You can find the evidence however, should you look on youtube but for now I won't go down that route and keep your thread on topic.

I did however enjoy the photograph that emerged on one site of Russell Brand leaving the protest on cuts In his brand new Range Rover with an expensive mobile phone to his ear. The austerity cuts must be hurting him.... bloody hypocrite.

I shall leave it there..........for my own sanity.

Most of the press is owned by right wing proprietors that's why they won;t repost it - can't have the peasants getting ideas now can we.
