Aintree sees ladies in fake tan, fascinators and flashy frocks | Mail Online

Look at the difference In these pics of female attendee's at Aintree today.

You can spot the real ladies a mile off.

The rest? Drunken chavs hoping to get In the spotlight for the day.

Their drunken antics are downright embarresing and for most people who go to see the horses, I wish they'd all McOff elsewhere.

They bring my sport Into disrepute,

Really what would Gertrude Schilling say?

And on the same day....In contrast, In quiet dignity, grace, respect and love.... those who go for the horses quietly pay their respects to the greatest Steeple Chaser In the world.

The grave of Red Rum lies In the Aintree Racecourse where the dignified pay their respects.

Well some don't look too bad off and then some do! Especially the one vomiting all over her boots. Poor thing. Unfortunately we have the same mindset here at our Preakness Race...to some it is honoring the sport and horses and to others it is just a big party.

I noticed the rainbow dress was very popular! And some should look in the mirror before leaving the house. :lips: And how do they walk in those platform pumps for hours? I can handle the high heel but platform too! I think I would get dizzy :yh_rotfl

Flat boots, usually a trouser suit or suit with my binnoculars and a bum bag for ciggs and money. Very plain Jane at the races me.

I remember one Hennessy Gold Cup meeting at Newbury and It was minus 7 degree's. There was a young woman walking about In an outfit made of feathers. No-one was admiring her, just looking at her thinking ' I bet she's cold'... When I saw her, It reminded me that I had to buy some chicken on the way home.

Turned out she was someone really famous but I thought she looked a right tit.
