Can't you tell where everyone is by using your moderator panel? Tyr always knows where someone actually is.

I can tell an approximate location when I look at an IP address.
That does not always tell the whole story.
For example, While I am in Colorado, I can log into my company's network and appear to be in Beijing, or Chennai, or Tokyo, San Francisco, London, or even New York, depending upon the whim of our network admin.
Or, I could be in one of those places, and log in so that I appear to be right here at my desk.
Sadum appears to be somewhere in South Africa, but that could be Capetown, Johannesburg, or a some other location. Or he/she could be using an anonomizer that only makes them appear to be in South Africa.
