Last night I watched, for the umpteenth time, Julian Jarrold’s awesome film production of Evelyn Waugh’s Brideshead Revisited.
Castle Howard, a stately home in North Yorkshire, is the fictional “Brideshead” and to me must be one of the grandest private residences in Britain.
A great movie filmed in a spectacular setting!
