A weapons charge at a school sounds like the sort of thing that would get him an automatic rejection letter for college. How ridiculous!

Another child @ 8 yrs. old was suspended for kissing another child.

I was listening to TV - didn't catch the exact age- school or State this crime happened..:yh_rotfl but it did happen.

It's a good job the boy that kissed the girl hadn't had an imaginary weapon, that would have been aggravated rape...........is there such a crime as aggravated rape?
