Excuse my language but Jesus Christ on a pogo stick. Talk about irresponsible reporting, that headline is libelous. What Carter actually said was:

“He’s done the best he could under the circumstances, Carter said of Obama in an interviewed (sic) published on Thursday. “His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best.

That sh!t should be against the law.

I think Obama got stuck with a nation in ruins after Bush and Friends got done with it. I'm not sure anyone could have quickly cleaned up the mess but it looks like things are improving. However, this screw up with the health care website needs to be investigated, those people that were contracted to create and run it are apparently incompetent imbeciles and whoever hired them is as well. I can't put that on Obama, that's something he would have delegated to an "expert". An expert idiot.

Most responsible posters tend to know their sources prior to reposting hyperbolic nonsense they come across on the internet.
