Apparently this firefighter strapped a Go-Pro camera to his helmet during a house fire. He found a cat unconscious in the basement of the house while searching the house. Watch what happens next! This made my day!!!
I bet it made the firefighter day too!

I saw this elsewhere and someone posted that there's not a happy ending to this story. I checked and it's true. Sorry.

Yes Lucky the kitty did died cuz her little purring lungs could not overcome the smoke she inhaled. But it is still a great video. It shows a person, fire fighter Cory Kalanick doing all he could to save a life. What more could you ask for?

You could ask people to buy pet sized masks for firefighters to
keep in the trucks. Yeah, kitty had a better shot than if nothing
was done, but give the firefighters more tools, too.
