This is the same county that had nurses fired at a local veterans home a few years ago for giving laxatives to a patient as a prank on the next shift.

Never mind training how about basic courtesy - do they really need to be told what is wring with what they did? It's clearly assault - no doubt provoked by her being quite attractive.

"being mouthy and causing problems," ..............So how do you punish a woman for that? Yep! sexually assault her. That'll learn her.
After watching that video (which in other circumstances police would also use) I'm concluding THAT is a prelude to Gang rape.

Would the training have included informing them that they were being watched by a security camera or did they know and are just fairly stupid?
