A transgender man is the first in Europe to give birth to a baby after becoming pregnant through a sperm donor.

I am confused.

The 'Man' that had the baby was born female.

She/he refused to give birth in hospital, because German law require the he/she be named as the mother, and he believes himself to be the father ?

Although he/she has all the bits and pieces required to sustain and nourish a foetus, and there was a donor involved, he/she insists he/she is the father.

Am I right to be confused ?

You are not confused, Bruv. The mother is confused. She may have cut off her breasts, but her female genitalia was left intact along with her female organs. A woman who "feels" like a man, thinks she is a man, wants to be known as a man, had a baby. It's not your confusion, Bruv.

Are the children he was granted sole custody of, his kids paternally ?

If they are, why did he/she require a donor to carry a child, could it be possible he/she could impregnate him/herself ?

I think the person concerned is merely a woman with a beard, who doesn't like penis's near her

All this shows to me is that there is legal precedence to give into fantasy, to live a fantasy, to attempt to force others to accept fantasy. If a 'man' can reproduce, 'he' is a woman. Have you noticed the Emperor wears no clothes? That's what we are doing. We're insane.

I would never suggest that people shouldn't live as they please, call themselves whatever they wish. By giving reality to fantasy only shows we are insane. I don't think that's confusing at all.

Why do some people feel the need to put themselves on display like this ?

I can.........just.......feel for some transgender individuals who have to fight hard to come to terms and get reassignment.....or whatever they call it.

Cases like this make it easy to throw doubt on the validity of genuine people with genuine problems.
