If Hillary Clinton decides to run (and I bet she will), I don't see one Republican presently, that can beat her. Like it or not, Conservatives, including my self, will be looking at not just four more years of liberal administration, but eight.

I am not seeing any credible Republicans, so far, but we have a few years.

Would like to actually see a decent third party effort on the move.

We need to at least send a message to the partisans that "ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!"

Not going to happen

Her appearence alone tells you she's given up - she's done.

I don't see her running for Pres.

I'm not wrong - she's done

Her appearance tells the public she's done - she's tired.

Her time to run for Pres. has come & gone.

If she runs anywhere it's to the restroom from a bladder leak.

This is my opinion - this is how I observed Hillary.

Hillary has a group to perpare her for appearances - she'll make a public appearance with a pony tail for her hair..! really

Her clout - her position and a pony tail is all "they" can do to perpare her.

That's Hillary making a public appearance Not Caring - she's given up.

She's done - she's tired

I think she's too smart to run for the presidency. Come to think of it, who in their right mind would choose to subject themselves to that? Somewhere along the line it seems that the primary focus of all politicians shifted to running for office and the actual time they spend in office seems to be spent posturing to increase their chances in the next election and the one after that. I'm tired of politics as a competitive sport.

Sorry Patsy, but you are wrong about Hillary. Sure she looks tired and worn out, she's been on a roll visiting so many countries and all the while building and adding to her resume. She will not be able to resist what I predict will almost be a draft by her party to run for president. She has too big an ego to refuse, besides, if you check all my prior PREDICTIONS, I have always been spot on. :-3

You can, however, tell a lot about a person's mental state from their body language and the care they take with their appearance - there are many people who make a good living out of it.

There's a big difference between such an analysis and judging by appearance - it's nothing to do with who's attractive or dresses the better, more about who's committed and able against who's worn down and no longer up to the task.

She's had a gruelling schedule these past few weeks Including visiting Ireland... who wouldn't be tired with what she's just packed In ? So she's being written off because she hasn't had her hair done?

A Pres. has a stressful gruelling schedule - I don't want my Pres. falling asleep due to low stamina.

Hillary's appearance is very important - speaks volumns - nothing shallow about it Oscar - I'm not stating whether she's attractive / ugly etc.

Hillary is tired - worn out from that gruelling schedule you mentioned.

Hillary needs to keep a well groomed appearance - she's too tired for some one to do her hair - really ? That's general maintenance - and it's not being done.

Hillary would have to look like a serious contender for Pres.

No I wouldn't vote for her - yes, she's written off.

Hopefull the U.S. citizens will be as perfect as those in the UK

I guess it is a good thing we didnt have that inspipis commentary when that really fat president was elected. You know the one who weighed over 330 pounds. They had to install a special tub in the White House and everything....damn, what was his name???

William Howard Taft. And he was successful at civil service reform, increasing postal office effeciency and economy between the USA and Latin America. He not only served as President, but Secretary of War and Cheif Justice.

And you know, it took a LOT to get that fat at the turn of the century. So he must have been especially tired and lazy...

I never stated Hillary was Fat or thin

I stated she was tired and worn out - Her skin color is dull & ill looking.

Keeping your hair clean & styled is basic grooming - if Hillary can't bother with brushing her hair - what else can't she be bothered with...?

I don't want a LAZY - TIRED - FAT President.

Reagan had great groomers - well protected - no one knew of his disease until later on.

It's a different generation people - I / We can't change 1916. Great example.

2012 - get with the times

I hope our choice for Pres. are of a better choice than a 330 pound Taft.

Patsy, I am not a Hillary fan but if you look at her schedule since she has held her present position it's quite amazing. With the amount of travel, time changes, meals etc. any one would look a bit tired and awry irrespective of personal attendants and grooming. That's my point, Reagan looked good but he was brain damaged. You're all fussed up over Hillary wearing her hair in a pony tail like that's some horrendous breach of political protocol. Good for her if she's up for all that work.

I like Hillary - highly educated etc. I don't care for the frumpy dowdy appearance for one in her position. And I certainly don't want a 65 yr old female Pres. representing the U.S. with a unkept appearance. I would like to see some class in that position.

Hillary would win the Repub nomination if she ran against McCain & Romney. She's a shoo-in for Dem. She has 3 years to rest up, so fatigue isn't an issue.

I'd never vote for a statist, but if she runs & wins, she'd be a far more effective statist president than any of the last 4 Republocrat nominees.

(That's Bush McCain, Romney, & Obama)

Have i missed something here only i'm getting the impression, that presidents are now androids who never get sickness ? Perhaps she's been laid low by a bad bout of flu but really, who cares? I'd rather have a president who carries out her commitments while feeling under the weather than some vacuous bimbo who cancels her commitment for fear the world will see her having a bad hair day. There are people who can make judgments by how someone looks and behaves but the reason they get paid for it, is because they are experts in their field. To write off one of the worlds most driven women i've seen in decades because her skin is dull is absurd. If she has had a touch of the flu or some other medical problem then her skin is hardly going to be glowing and i take my hat off to her for carrying on with her work regardless of what she looks like. The question by Lon is - will Hillary run for Pres. - Predicition ??

I stated she was tired - worn out from the position she has now.

I don't appreciate her "group" allowing Hillary to make public appearances looking frumpy. Hillary is not put together. Which has nothing to do with the color of her foundation - very childish.

I never stated she wasn't dedicated.

yes, her position is draining - so much so she won't run for Pres. since that position is also draining.

Has Hillary earned respect - of course - I never stated other wise.

Please don't speak for me - please find where I stated all this added garbage.?? I didn't

My post Is my entitlement as a member of this forum to express my opinion and as a member i am also entitled to state that i find another members opinion not in keeping with my own. What does turn threads into fights is inflammatory posts such as this by you Betty. I see no baiting here at all and i simply see a case of one member making a statement based on her opinion and other opinions differing to that. To threaten to shut down a thread simply because in the main no other member agrees with one member is defeating the object of a forum, in my opinion. There are no personal attacks here and the girls are just having a bit of fun with each other. I'm a moderator and if i shut down threads because no member agreed with one sole member, it would deter members from posting along with forcing them to think twice about expressing their opinion.
