We have a fella in here at work this week talking and training folks on using twitter, facebook and other social tools for growing our audience(we are a newspaper and radio group).



When I sat down with him this morning, I mentioned that it has been my real life experience that folks are beginning to fade away from facebook.. not as swiftly as the myspace declined in the past, but still...



My daughter and her friends appear to be abandoning it because it is mostly old folks on there now(ie - parents, aunts, uncles etc...lol) They txt quite a lot and also facetalk, it would seem.



My younger sister and her friends are moving towards twitter these days.



I still like my forums and email, although emails are mostly for stuff I want a record of - so mostly work related.



What do you use? How often do you use it? Any guesses on where you feel we are headed?

I use it mostly to post videos from my YouTube Channel...

I use email, mostly for work.

FB is basically a good way to see new pics of the grandkids.

Primary communication method though is something really old-fashioned. Telephone.

And a few friends of mine still write letters. I respond by writing an email, and then printing it out and mailing it to them.

Good old Rolf Harris....LOL
