And for breakfast this morning, let's have some Chinese market stall crepes! I don't know about the flavor but it would be worth buying one just for the fun of watching its preparation!

One of the comments said it was "fried dried bean curd".

What a brilliantly simple idea, a revolving hotplate come frying pan.

Wonder if it has a patent ?
