You mean this....?
I've been getting it too....for the last few weeks.
I use to be able to use this...
..to insert a video to my posts.
But, I've had IE9 for several months, and did not have this problem before.
I thought I was the only one.

I can't even open an attachment on someone elses post anymore...like Lon's little hunting picture. Half the page goes gray and that's it.
If it's a recent update.....how do I get rid of it?

IE is microsoft's lemon. They never got it right and yet they won't give it up and start fresh. They should make a public apology and move on to doing it right.

I can't even open my own attachments anymore. Should I also do a system restore on my computer?

Microsoft started with working source code for a browser that they had bought and then proceeded to "Microsoftize" it. The result was predictable.

Since the second week of September, I have not been able to attach a video or open an attachement here on Forum Garden. I have contacted FG, and they have tried to help me; giving me suggestions as to how this may be fixed. I do appreciate the help.
I've deleted cookies.
I've signed out of FG and signed back in.
I've done a system restore to September.
I've tried to open an attachment on my new netbook, and it still won't open. (1/2 of the page just turns gray)
But, I'm still having problems. (See my previous posts above) I don't have this problem anywhere else, just here at FG.
If you read this, and can help, I would appreciate it very much. I'm getting a tad frustrated.

Yeah, I have the same issues when I try to use IE 9 on my win7 PC.
stop using IE9.
Try Google Chrome, or Firfox.
You will be much happier, I promise.
There are a couple of sites I find that have problems with Chrome, but these sites are optimized for Silverlight.
They are the only sites where I ever use IE9 .
