Looks like It was not police execution as some tabloids Implied when police shot dead Mark Duggan...

Still could seeing that the coroner had to demand evidence ..and the IPCC told the media duggan was shooting a them. Arse covering exercise . So some bloke has been told by police "we can have you go down for something really bad or you can tell everyone that you gave him a gun and you can go down for simple firearm offences" . Why was armed police around to arrest a man coming out of a mini cab 'for an arrest'? . And why would someone give a bloke that is about to be arrested a handgun? sounds like a set up to me either way .
