This mornings paper said a neighbor heard him crying before hearing something splash into the water.

I watched him on that Dr. Drew rehab show. He was a serious alcoholic. But he was a very gentle man, very quiet and actually made friends with one of the officers that was involved in the incident.
I don't know when the autopsy results come back but he was probably drinking. I hope not, I would like to think he finally kicked it. Maybe it was his heart or something.
