I am annoyed about this case.
Why has this poor man been named and shamed In a national newspaper while the vile piece of work who has made such an Issue of It, ultimately costing the tax payer thousands, keeps herself anon?
one of the comments under this article sounds as If they were In court, saying:
" CCTV on the train did not show her look one at this man in the face nor down at his lap. She maybe glimpsed out of the corner of her eye a newspaper move a few times, but it was 11 seconds from the time she sat down until she got up and moved. - The woman assumed but never SAW anything happening. The man didnt say he was practising chords on the banjo but the plucking which is done on the strings with your right hand. - The man had a chest infection, which was proved in the court at the time so ok he was wheezing?!?! The woman accused the man of something without actually seeing it happen. The man said maybe she saw him adjust his trousers at some point whilst sat there but he wasn't sure what she saw. "
