I'm in the middle of reading a very good book called "Go Down Together" by Jeff Guinn. It's a very well written biography about 1930s criminals Bonnie Parker & Clyde Barrow. The hallmark of a good book, particularly a non-fiction book, is to make you want to learn more on the subject and this one has already had me searching online for information on the west Dallas slums of the 1920s & 1930s. Putting these 2 individuals in their historic context makes their crime rampage a little more comprehensible although no less horrible. Good book!

I listened to a radio documentary recently about the pair of them and it was fascinating - not only what they did and why but who else was involved and the relationships there. Definitely a deep subject worthy of further study.
