the newbury races tragedy

it has been well reported in the media about todays tragedy at newbury racecourse where 2 horses dropped down dead in the paddock apparantly electrocuted.

the course was rightly cleared for public safety and as a racing fan and many others who read this column this is a sad day for the sport

i would be obliged if you as readers of this column would send an e mail of condolence to

An electric shock enough to kill a horse?...Good god !!! did they find out what happened?
