Pandora.com is not a jazz specific site but is nice for thousands of different genres of music...

One more vote for Pandora here. You design your own "Radio Station" by picking a favorite artist and they play the artist followed by similar artists. It's a great way to hear new music & it's free.

...as long as you live in the USA, otherwise, you're SOL. Copyright issues, they say.

We can't get Pandora anymore in Canada, but Jango.com is pretty similar.
