hello and welcome to another wet and miserable grumpy column
well its absolutly pi(you cant say that grumps! ED) i was going to say piddling it down sorry the editors being a bit officous today.
SCORES of convicted terrorists who "pose a risk" are being released - and the Government has been forced to make up special rules to control their freedom.
At least 46 Islamic extremists have either been freed or are close to being released from prison, prompting ministers to issue a number of new restrictions.
Probation officers have been handed a list to help them "manage" a "small but significant" number out on licence, says a leaked Ministry of Justice memo.
It is believed the group will be allowed to contact only Government-approved imams, visit only certain mosques and be barred from using a computer.
At least 20 Islamic extremists have been released this year and another 26 will be eligible to be let out over the next two years.
The group includes Abu Bakr Mansha, who was locked up for plotting to kill a British soldier, and Khalid Khaliq, who was connected to the July 7 bombers.
The Ministry of Justice said it was "right and proper" to put in place "robust conditions" for serious and violent offenders freed on licence.

this a classic case of a spineless government bending over to the handwringing human rights brigade that gallant band of long hair bearded
slipper wearing fools who live in a rose tinted world where reality does not exist.
these are 46 very dangerous individuals why havent they been given inderminate life sentences for their crimes so they die in jail.
and yet more are due to be released shortly.
theres only one way to deal with them on release deport them as a risk to national security and ensure they dont come back.
