Looking again at that 27 story, 600 foot high house, "terrorist targert" comes to mind. (it's the world we now live in (Not to mention what about the possibility of it not enduring "earth quakes"? (Cantilevered like all the floors are)

Seriously, the way it's incorporated into the rest of the house is ingenious and makes an eye catching home.
