It was announced on the Daily Show, and Colbert Report. As with every thing they do I am not sure this is a stunt to mock Glen Beck, or an actual attempt to see A.) If the reasonable people of the world will actually turn up to get heard. B.) The Unreasonable People will turn up to shout and holler for Fear with the same ignorance to what is the actual truth as Colbert does except he is an actor and they are not. C.) a combination of both.

Any one else hear about this? Any Thoughts?

No, I haven't heard of it yet. We both will, being so close to DC. I've never gone done for any of the marches, they crowds are so huge, and hard to get there even by Metro. Post a link when you find one, it will be interesting to follow.
