i have a doubt, i live in Boston and gonna move to europe for touring, i have a blackberry, i unlocked my AT&T by using codes ( [link removed by moderator] ), now can i browse internet in Europe with other networks in those local countries

If all you want to do is use wifi you should have no problems. Just be sure to turn your roaming off lest you come home to a $45.000 phone bill.
