Quality of foods!
However, nowadays, Pesticides, Herbicides and Insecticides are used in conventional framing to protect crops from pests, insects and weeds. These pesticides, insecticides etc are toxic so most of the time a toxic residue is left over on the plants. So, the demand of Quality or Organic foods! Any comments?

Broadly speaking, one could define insecticides as a sub-set of pesticides, and, since herbicides are used on weeds, the same definition could be applied.
It would not be much use attacking weeds and other pests with fertiliser and food, would it!
There are some herbicides that are of negligable effects to humans - glyphosphate, for instance.
Quality foods abound - they're not all "organic", though. As well, all "organic" foods are not necessarily "quality".
Careful treatment of growing foods, and careful preparation, are the key things.
