Thank you Bryn - I had a quick scan and I think that the group you refer to are the Grumpy Wise Old Men I will probably have to sit an entrance exam - that or develop a very good bluffing tactic :wah:

But I must get off to work now - I may be a GOM but I still have to do the wage slave thing!
