i just wanted to say hi and give any friends that i have an update on my life

as if anyone is interested :sneaky:

10 months no drinking for me now in a day or so

i'm doing ok my fm seems to be getting better or i'm getting used to it i'm not sure which

and the gold plated news chantelle arrived back in the uk today looking skinny and ill but ok :-6:-6

if any one wants to call me a tosser feel free :D

Wonderful news that Chantelle is back in the UK, you must be so chuffed. Sounds like she needs feeding up and a lot of TLC, and I'm sure she will get both. Give her a big hug from us all in the forum !

Good news about the fm, and it is a possibility that it is improving little by little, and also the fact that you may be getting used to it, but I suspect it could be more the 'improving little by little' that is helping you get used to it !

Now that you have poked your nose back in, please visit more often - although I have said 'please', it is in fact an order ! :p

I didn't say you were thick Gill, But Jim and me go back a long way. Same as wisey and Jim. Wisey made the remark, cos he knew it would crack Jimbo up, he just beat me to posting it!
