To all members who live in the areas getting this storm, I hope you are all safe. This storm headed my way late last night and right now I'm getting freezing rain. Once the winds pick up, I'm sure my power is going to go down

Geez! Jazzy, I hope you're OK. I hope everybody is OK that's getting this storm. I wonder how Kathy Ellen is, as she is in NJ right on the coast.

Hope everyone who encountered this storm is ok. Luckily our town survived, and there were no outages at all. But, nearby towns are without heat and electric since Saturday morning.
It was a very frightening storm due to the 40mph winds and torrential rains.
Stay safe all....
Here are some pics of my beach and bay. You can't even drive along the bay as it's so flooded.

So relieved you're safe, Kathy ! Towns can sort themselves out over time, but you can't replace people ! Good pics, Kathy, looks just a tad uninviting on the beach at the moment ! Hope your yard dries out soon though, and it's a good job you kept your electricity ! Keep warm and dry Kathy, now all you need is a bit of :-6 to help dry everything out.

it looks so bare and spooky.
Storms are so much worse by the ocean as they are downtown Toronto at Lake Ontario.
