And on the 12 day of the 12 month of the 12 breath of Aquarius enlightenment will come and the lion will lie down with the lamb, and the repbulican with the liberal.. and cheese will be green for everyone, always.

WOW... I've learned something today, apart from how green was my valley bach

Listen up, Oscar - I'm a simple gal, and get my kicks where I can.

Some in here prefer to gaze at gorillas, some to pour melted led into the eyeballs and navels of anyone walking off into the sunset hand in hand . I just like to be able to edit thread titles.... pant pant pant.... particularly where greeen cheeeeese is involved.... SWOOOOON

As for tea - that is an abomination!!!

Can I invite you to join me in a slice, Chonsi!!!

I've been having what can only be called a complete wank, posting all my favourite traditional Irish tunes in lovely embedded videos in the area of FG where this is allowed - thankyou Tombie!! And am now ready for a little refreshment before I merrily slipjig onto the ice of this new Monday morning!!!

:sneaky:

PS Your hirsute friend might like a bit of cheese too?????

Chomping cheese while slipjigging may be a recipe for disaster - but way to go !!!

That Red Admiral Butterfly is awesome - I'm doing a quick Monday house clean before heading into the wicked world beyond... and my balletic vacuuming has become something that Riverdance will surely envy!!

The flutes, oh the flute playing is marvelous. I have one Celtic book of flute music, it is my Friday morning music at school to play before class, something to make you happy.

In an unaccustomed moment of mellowness, Chonsi, I just dug out my Bb tin whistle and blasted red admiral butterflies the heck out of this apartment block.. (You can't actually do that with a tin whistle's dynamics of course, but it felt like that).

Port na Bpucai - is something very different. And gives me goosebumps. The story went that a fisherman got lost in the mist round the islands off the west coast and strayed into faerie territory where he heard the mysteriously haunting tune - and apparently lived to tell the tale. You're a linguist. Enjoy the Puck bit of the fairies in the title. Port is tune.

Aussiepam, you're a star.

Completely bonkers, but a star.

(I'm English. You only come out at night. juvenile giggle.)

So I'll forgive you the tea comment. :)

G'day Clodders!!

And I note that you are English - so all is forgiven.

ALL.

He is an Englishman!

BOAT.

He is an Englishman!

For he himself has said it,

And it's greatly to his credit,

That he is an Englishman!

ALL.

That he is an Englishman!

BOAT.

For he might have been a Roosian,

A French, or Turk, or Proosian,

Or perhaps Australi-an!

ALL.

Or perhaps Australi-an!

BOAT.

But in spite of all temptations

To belong to other nations,

He remains an Englishman!

He remains an Englishman!
