I was very upset to read this. Over the years, I have had all my pets cremated. I have always used a pet crematorium in Cheltenham who gives you the option of watching your loved pet cremated on the day. I have never felt the need to as I always trusted them. I have also always opted for single cremation which is far more expensive but I wanted to know that the ashes I got back were from my cat or dog only.

I can not believe anyone could be this cruel.
