With Britain in recession, the fish finger market has grown seven percent in the past year to 131 million pounds (150 millon euros, 220 million dollars), the Grocer reported, citing a Nielsen market study.
Next month a crispy microwave fish finger goes on sale, would you buy it?

I'd buy them once. If they failed to crisp then I would never buy them again.
They have to be crisp with lashings of 'reagge reagge sauce'.

I love fish fingers !!!! :-4 When I was a kid in school, my favorite school lunch was fish fingers. I always looked forward to when the school cooks would make the fish fingers for us. I always had them with ketchup spread on top. The school would give us two small fish fingers (amongst other foods that were put on our lunch tray).
