Even stuntmen do stupid things and get hurt or killed

You know Bill, I'm wondering about it also.....It doesn't look like he has anything on his feet in the beginning, and then when he's in the air, it looks like he has skis on, and then has nothing on his feet when he gets out of pool....Then again, I need new glasses.:wah:

That was just too perfectly orchestrated. But.............fun to watch.

I didn't see a break in the filming . The mathmatics to work that stunt out would have been incredible. I really enjoyed that.

Ya that was cool, but you go way faster if you use crisco and a naked body

This could only be done by experimentation, there are too many variables to calculate. The slightest change (friction/speed/wind direction) would lead to an inaccurate result, though, and in any case the amount of cushioning even with a "direct hit" wouldn't suffice. It's not genuine (although it is entertaining!).
