Top left of screen, look for "My Settings" and click on that. Scroll down to "Miscellaneous" and click on "paid subscriptions." That's where you'll find the information you're looking for.

Easy cowboy, slow those horsies down. Theres a process, criteria must be met, questions must be satisfactorily answered, medical reports to collect, blood tests, criminal background explored, financial reports discovered, personality testing administered, IQ standards assessed, notarized vouchers of acceptance by civic leaders in her community, religous affiliation pronounced, Lon has to approve, work history verified.

Well firstly you have to go through the Hazing phase of the procedure to sign up . Then we get you drunk, stick you on board an asian pirate ship and see how long you can be their biatch for before jumping overboard and swimming to the nearest shore, where we will send a helicopter to come get you and bring you back to your computer to be further accessed.
