Roast a duck. Put bits of it in a sandwich, together with anything else you might fancy. What's so difficult? You may even be able to buy duck ready-roasted, or even the complete sandwich.

Put thinly sliced roast duck pieces on toasted bread. Add crispy lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato slices and put another slice of toasted bread on top. Cut it in half, and you've got two pieces of roast duck sandwich.

Strangly enough, my son went duck hunting last weekend. He's gonna roast 'em up this weekend. I like my duck sammich's with a bit 'o mayo, onions and a slab of cheese on slices of Italian bread with a big mug of Coor's beer.
