Sounds like you have over heating problems Kathy. May be you can get someone to have a look at it, and check the CPU is getting enough ventilation. Usually, a good clean of the fans will be good enough, as they can get clogged up.

I've been having problems with my laptop for a long time now. I've just been too busy to call my techie guy....He tends to .....yada, yada:yh_ttth:yh_cry alllllll night long......





So, I think that I'll call and ask him to take my laptop home with him and fix it. I think that I have a virus called "Blue Screen" and maybe others



The laptop turns itself off whenever I try to post graphics, pictures or youtubes:-3



Thanks for your advice. He took my desktop home with him and gave it a good scrubbing and deleted all the nonsense on it. Now it works beautifully.
