A Tribute to Senator Ted Kennedy?

Considering the Brain Cancer that Senator Ted Kennedy is presently being treated for and it's probable outcome, it's my feeling that our legislators will, as a tribute to him, enact the "Kennedy Health Care Reform Bill'. Pres. Obama has requested that some form of Health Care Plan be presented by July. I have not read the 600 page proposal but plan to do so and for those of you ambitious readers that wish to do so, here's the link.

A more fitting tribute to Ted Kennedy would be to require life vests to be carried in all Kennedy vehicles.
