Million Dollar Baby

I couldn't find a thread on this flick anywhere. This was the best picture of the year! Did any of you see it? I thought this was the most amazing movie. I have never fallen for a character like I did for Swank's. She did an awesome job! I have heard mixed reviews though. Some thought it was too depressing (mostly men). So, what was your take?
