hello again its only me the grumps ranting away as usual.
just to show how out of touch the government is with the people this is the latest idea from loony labour.
FOOD, glass and drinks cans could all be banned from our rubbish bins under government proposals to be outlined today.
Environment Secretary Hilary Benn will declare a "war on waste" to prevent recyclable materials going into landfills.
He will tell the Futuresource conference in London: "It's about rethinking how we use resources."
He is also set to outline new labelling measures to end confusion over "best before" and "use by" dates.
Mr Benn will also announce plans for a wider range of packaging sizes to avoid unnecessary waste.

recycling is all about making money out of what people throw away.
these large companies like biffa and veolia are not intrested in recycling only how much they can make out it so the shareholders can have a good bonus back.
at the moment theres a slump in paper and cardboard so some councils are closing paperbanks because they cannot sell it they dont want it .
we do need to recycle as much as we can it should be about how much we can recycle not how much can we make from recycling
