Do you grill your fish Lon ?

If so do you use that basket thingy or do you have a porcelain grill grate ?

Would you mind giving some basic tips on temp and times per side ?

Im not interested in cooking fish inside but Ill try the grill.

Can you suggest a non fishy fish ?

I do like orange roughy, something along those lines.

Have you grilled asparagus ?

(spread it out on tin foil...olive oil, salt, pepper...grill till it steams)

Although I do grill fish by just putting the fish on foil and turning once, this snapper was fried in canola oil. It was a thich piece and took three minutes on one side and two on the other. For a non fishy fish you might try talapia (farm raised), it's too bland for me, but it's very popular and inexpensive @ about $5.25 lb. Yes I have done asparagus on a grill with oil etc. , quite good.

I paid $8 for a can of some crap crab meat..will stick with Phillips from down in Maryland next time...total rip off. They fell apart in the pan while frying. A total disaster! I did manage to make some pretty good cheese omelets for the kids & we had BLT's...yum:-4
