It's got all the press releases and speeches. It's invaluable to be able to look back when you need a quote from the time. Allowing it all to be forgotten would be a lot more harmful.

He might work it out if he ends up in a US court accused of treason. All it needs for that to happen is evidence to be produced of White House involvement in grounding US air defences on 9/11.

Congress is going to look into his transgressions and his cronies. Oh, how I would love to see the day when they try him & his administration tried in court. What makes me mad is Congress spent how long on Clinton's transgressions? I mean really, Whitewater, Monica Lewinsky. Oh, yeah I forgot... they weren't spying on the nation, etc. A blow job almost gets Clinton impeached but Bush & Co. can get away with screwing the entire world.

In the same wheelchair he spent the day sat on by the look of it. I didn't know he was that unwell. He's another I want to see live to be a hundred.

Oh yes I saw that on the comedy channel last night that he had "hurt" his back:wah: moving boxes out of his house. Oh please....doesn't he have servants for that kind of "manual labor"? IMO, he was doing something else:sneaky:

The last time I did something like that I couldn't get out of bed for three days and it was a good three weeks before I could come off painkillers. If that's what he did then he has my sympathy.

He strained his back picking up something heavy the day before. I'm sure it was very hard for him to have to leave office sitting in a wheelchair as he prides himself on being so robust.

I don't have a TV much less obscure cable channels. There were a few recent programs I watched by downloading them but they were two a week and both those series have finished so I don't even do that at the moment. And I watched a couple of University Challenge last month in a tiny window on the BBC website which it's like going back to the 1950s, I was expecting the picture to disappear to a dot after the National Anthem at the end of each.

It's strange who popular opinion turns into heroes in subsequent generations. JFK is the heroic president but LBJ is the action man who made the divide between the past past and the real world we live in today.
