How can anyone see that as anything but satire? Come on, he's not asking with the intention of being given money, he's commenting on the news of the day. My respect for Mr Flynt has just gone up a notch from zero.

I have to say thats hilarious, ridiculous and hilarious. Like Spot said, it can only be Larry's attempt at satire. Anyway, all you need to make a porno movie is a handycam and some willing particpants, that doesn't cost $5 billion. Unless its a really fancy handycam. :wah:

piece-o-de-pie............
I think it is quite sobering in that, what is the difference in them or GMAC asking to get their piece-o-de-pie that Washington is bantering around with. Not unlike the way Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's bantered around with his piece-o-de-pie.
I don't agree with the porn industry nor do I agree with ANY bail outs what so EVER, but then again If they are gonna put it in the trough they have just as much right as any one to claim their piece-o-de-pie............

Porn Industry has a right to ask for Gov't assistance.
Do I see the Gov't issuing funds to help the Porn Ind. NO
I think Larry just wants the spot light - attention - Grand standing..
I think he's making a joke from the Bailout
Most people are laughing & think its a joke by him requesting the help.:wah:
Like BTS stated - any one can ask...

That is just too funny and unbelievable even to come up with some witty response, other than this.
As unemployment grows and despair sets in, why not start taxing drug dealers on their profits. Get the cartels to start bailing out the banks, take a cut of the money laundering that they do. There must be billions of untapped revenue in there.
Don’t bust the local drug dealer on possession and intent to distribute drugs, bust them on tax evasion.
