Well, I figured it was time to come out of hiding and face the world again.

I'm making some more bread and will cyber it over to everyone. I love the wintertime. I take out the breadmaker and make a loaf every 3 days. You can cut it real thick, toast it up, and slab a lots of whipped butter,cinnamon,and jam or jelly on it. Or, you can make some delish paninies.



I'll make some lovely paninies for you also in my panine grill.......How about one with hot and spicy chicken, roasted red peppers,cantaloupe, fontina cheese, black olives and fresh rosemary and basil with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Apart from the fact that it's cloudy (did you forget that we get lots of clouds in England), it's also freezing. So, everybody watch out for frozen bread and paninis flying through the air and duck cos they'll knock you out.
