Nothing wrong with black humour. If it at least curls one side of your lip to form a grin then its working. I always thought REAL black humour was watching and laughing at everybodies misfortune, then I realised that IS humour

Black humour. The majority of all humour is based on somebody's misfortune.

What makes humour black is cynicism.
