Weight loss

Having just said about weight loss in another thread, I have a problem.

In THREE WEEKS, I have lost 7lbs (1/2 stone) without being on a diet or taking more exercise, I've even been eating chocolate until it's coming out of my ears, something I rarely eat ???

Now I wouldn't normally bitch about this sort of thing, but I'm getting close to being underweight, and I was happy being a size 10, I've since dropped to an 8 and don't want to go to a 6.

What can I do?

Doctors visit is already a plan.

Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't really notice with wearing my uniform all the time, it's just since wearing my jeans again (Easter break) and having to pull them up after they slip off my arse :wah:

Doctors is booked though, how do I make sure I don't lose more weight though... I had macaroni cheese and chips for supper, I have a tummy ache now, too many carbs :(

Go to a healthfood store & buy some weightgain, i personally dont advocate it, i think if you are losing weight at a fast pace then there has to be a reason, you should really hold off on anything like that until you've seen the quack

Its probably something simple, you've only recently moved house & had the upset with your b/f over sharing with your ex, its amazing just how many meals we do miss when we're stressed or upset without realising it.

Mybe you've been working more shifts lately & so getting more exercise than normal, whatever the reason it wont do you any good trying to "bulk up"

get yer arse round the docs pronto. x

sudden, unexplained weight loss can strongly suggest onset of type I diabetes. see that doctor soon.

Sudden unexplained weight loss is also one of the 7 warning signs of

cancer. Don't mean to alarm you, it's probably nothing but here's yet

another vote for seeing a medical professional!!

you need to get some blood tests done. It could be diabetes, thyroid or many things
