Chicken and red bean soup with potato and veggies (cilantro, carrot, and baby snap peas) from my garden. I make the broth with fresh lemon juice and coconut juice. Dont use too much salt, it kills the impact of the coconut flavor. This is so great on a cold rainy day and makes the kitchen smell so good too. I usually make some rolls from scratch to go with it....mmmmmm. Now I am hungry.

Potatoe soup is to die for so is Pea and ham.

My fave soup is new year soup. I boil up the turkey bones, add split peas and simmer for about two hours, then add chunks of potaoe, carrot, celery and swede.

Oh yummy.:-4
